You can use the Shatter Effect on a Tagged item you hold in this Hand. Use the Method, Spend 1 FP, and say the Sig Call.
Costume Requirement - A robotic looking glove from wrist to fingertip. Each Hand is a separate location. Attach the Augment Tag to the glove where it is hidden but can easily be shown. You can wear a second glove over the robotic one.
