All credits collected via confiscation, fines, or donation shall be maintained in a Public Trust, administered by the Elected Mayor.

These resources are to be used by the Corox Sation Council to fund other Council projects, staff salaries, and supply acquisition used in the public interest.

A majority ⅔ vote of the Council must approve each expenditure of Public Trust credits, and may never be used to supplement elected officials’ pay.
