An Ongoing Story

GALAXY AWAITS is an unofficial Star Wars fan club holding sci-fi LARP (live action role-play) events in the Pacific Northwest, Seattle Washington - USA, for ages 18 and up.

Join an ongoing adventure of spy espionage, political intrigue, and collagorative storytelling with light-touch combat and opt-in activities creating character conflicts where your choices shape the story!

Our game story takes place in 11 AFE (8 BBY) during the Empire Era between Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith and Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope.

About the Game

Collaborative Storytelling

LARP is an interactive experience where players are both the audience and the actors. Everyone works together to create meaningful personal stories for each other, and to shape the overall ongoing plot of the game.

Light Touch Combat

A physical activity where players use foam-padded sabers and foam-dart blasters to gently tap other players. GALAXY AWAITS uses 'light touch' with safety rules for safe, dynamic, and challenging free-form active combat fun!

Character Conflict

GALAXY AWAITS is a Character-vs-Character (CvC / PvP) game. Factions, Roles, and activities are designed to pit Player Characters against each other, and you are encouraged to plot against other Characters. This conflict creates intense storytelling scenarios of backstabbing, manipulation, betrayal, and even death.
