Everyone who attends a GALAXY AWAITS event must have a Character submitted online and approved by Staff. This is an overview of what we're looking for in Characters.
You are creating a Character of your design within the guidelines, rules, and available choices. You decide on Species, Faction, Role, personality, costuming, and write your own Character's history. Everything is submitted to Staff for review and approval.
Staff looks for unique and original Characters, NOT copies of characters seen in Star Wars media. Additionally:
You can play GALAXY AWAITS without seeing any Star Wars, though we do recommend the film, Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, as a must-see since the In-Game timeline is set 11 years after. The film, Solo: A Star Wars Story, and the series Andor and Obi-Wan Kenobi are also highly recommended.
If you're interested in more, we also reference material from the following media:
There are three main categories of Species; ALIEN, DROID, and HUMAN. Please refer to the SPECIES LIST for available options.
Join one of the three Factions: EMPIRE, REBELLION, or INDEPENDENT. The Empire and Rebellion requires loyal members meaning your Character must believe in the cause.
