4. Conspiracy

5. Crimes against the Emperor

6. Engaging in Sedition and Subversive Activities

7. Espionage

8. Harboring/Aiding a Fugitive

9. Impersonation of an Imperial Official

10. Obstruction of Imperial Justice

11. Piracy

12. Possession of a Controlled Item

13. Refusal to Cooperate with Imperial Authorities

14. Resisting Arrest

15. Spying

16. Subscription to Dangerous Ideologies

17. Terrorism

18. Treason

19. Trespassing
