The laws of Selvaris and the Selvarin Accords allow for the lawful arrest of suspected criminals by the elected Sheriff, those deputized by the Sheriff, Imperial Enforcers, and Citizens. The procedure for the lawful apprehension and arrest of such criminals is as follows.
