By joint decree of the Selvarin Ruling Council and the Imperial Expedition Administration Authority (IEAA), the following items, equipment, and consumables will hereby be subject to new classifications of legal ownership - and further may be considered prohibited on planet Selvaris or restricted to authorized persons who hold the necessary permits for said ownership.
