PARKING
Please DO NOT park on the pavement around the Dining Hall and Cabins. Park in the gravel part of the parking lot.
Park in the gravelled area (#15 in orange on the map) near the dining hall ONLY. Do not leave your car in the lot next to cabins or the paved area in front of the dining hall. The parking lot is an Out-of-Game area where role-play and combat is not permitted.
All participants must stay in a bunk in a cabin.
RV, tent, and car camping is not allowed at our events.
Our policy is for all players to have a bunk. If the campsite is reaching capacity, we will work with you and players to get you a bunk no matter where, even ignoring In-Game alliances if needed.
All cabins are heated, have electricity, and sleep 8 each. Matresses are provided. You must bring your own bedding, etc.
Bunk selection is avialable when you buy a ticket.
Some cabins are reserved and/or have the following exceptions:
The only kitchen onsite is in the Dining Hall. It is open for everyone to use for storing food in the pantry and walk-in refridgerator, and using the microwave.
Plates, utensils, and glasses are provided, but please feel free to use your own theme appropriate containers! Do NOT take camp-owned plates, utensils, and glasses outside of the Dining Hall.
Hot water, for drinks and instant meals, and cold drinking water available on the counter.
The stove, oven, and other kitchen facilities are for Kitchen Staff use only.
The Kitchen is an In-Game area for role-play and Parlor Combat only, never full contact combat.
All bathrooms are Out-of-Game areas. Bathrooms are found throughout the campsite in bathroom/shower buildings, inside the Dining Hall, and inside the Cabins next to the Dining Hall.
Decorating your cabin is highly encouraged as those are In-Game spaces for combat and role-play.
DO NOT use push pins, nails, tacks, duct tape, packing tape, and anything that damages the cabin or peels paint.
You may use masking tape to affix something to the walls or around the door. Curtain rods are installed for use. Ceiling hooks are available in some cabins.
Outdoor fires are permitted only in designated areas, provided no burn restrictions are in effect. Fires may not be left unattended, and Parlor Combat rules apply. You must bring your own firewood.
Pop-up canopies, pavilions, and other similiar structures, are prohibited as per Millersylvania Retreat Center rules.
Electric appliances, other than those provided in the Dining Hall, are prohibited in all buildings as per Millersylvania Retreat Center rules.
Sorry, pets are NOT allowed as per Millersylvania Retreat Center rules. If you have a service animal, we would require your service animal to be comfortable around LARPing, but you still must get permission from the park ranger and provide us with proof of exception to bring your service animal.
