The parking lots are In-Game for role-play using Parlor Combat ONLY.
Marked X on the map, these areas are OOG and off-limits.
Bunk Capacity: 70
All participants must stay in a bunk in a cabin, or in a tent (see TENT CAMPING). RV and car camping is not allowed.
Bunk selection is first come, first serve. A bunk is guaranteed for each ticketholder. Players are expected to work together over sleeping arrangements (including holding a bunk for a friend), ignoring In-Game alliances if need be.
You are In-Game while you sleep. Reserved for medical reasons, you may sleep Out-of-Game as per OOG Sleeping detailed in the RULEBOOK.
Both bunkhouses and cabins are heated, have electricity, and have bathrooms. Matresses are provided. You must bring your own bedding, etc.
CORNET BAY SITE PHOTOS & ACCOMODATIONS
Some cabins are reserved and/or have the following exceptions:
Tent camping available. Tents must be a Star Wars style tent, a yurt, or use a regular tent hidden under a 4-walled canopy, or canvas / tarps (no blue tarps please).
Preferred solid (no patterns) colors are black, gray, white, earthy tones, or as seen in Star Wars.
Galactic Style Guide for Tents and Shelters
Our goal is for tents to add to the game atmosphere (think themed camps at Wasteland Weekend), and not be a real-world eyesore. Please use what's in your means to make your camp as Star Wars as possible.
Parlor Combat ONLY around tents. Be aware of lines and stakes.
To keep it fair, tents are also In-Game. Parlor Combat only. You can put an IG lock on the zipper pull, and you can put a Ray Shield around the door.
For your OOG stuff, assuming you will have a tote, put an OOG label on it... that same under-bunk rule applies.
RV and car camping is NOT allowed at our events.
The Cyberlab and Embassy have standard kitchens open for normal use. Dishware, cookware, glassware, and utensils are NOT provided.
Bringing your own appliances is not permitted per the Retreat Center.
The Dining Hall (Cantina) is Staff ONLY. Plates, utensils, and glasses are provided, but please feel free to use your own themed containers! Do NOT take camp-owned Dishware, cookware, glassware, and utensils outside of the Dining Hall.
Hot water, for drinks and instant meals, and cold drinking water available.
Kitchens are In-Game areas for role-play and Parlor Combat only, never full contact combat.
All bathrooms are Out-of-Game areas. Bathrooms are found throughout the campsite in bathroom/shower buildings, inside the Cantina and Cyberlab, and inside the Duplex and Bunkhouse.
Decorating your space is highly encouraged as those are In-Game spaces for combat and role-play.
DO NOT use push pins, nails, tacks, duct tape, packing tape, and anything that damages the cabin or peels paint.
You may use masking tape to affix something to the walls or around the door. Curtain rods are installed for use.

You may NOT bring any electric appliances, they are not permitted in anywhere at the Retreat Center.
