The parking lots are In-Game for role-play using Parlor Combat ONLY.
Marked X on the map, these areas are OOG and off-limits.
Bunk Capacity: 70
Our policy is for all players to have a bunk. If the campsite is reaching capacity, we will work with you and players to get you a bunk no matter where, even ignoring In-Game alliances if needed.
Both bunkhouses are heated, have electricity, and have bathrooms. Matresses are provided. You must bring your own bedding, etc.
Bunks are first come, first serve.
Some cabins are reserved and/or have the following exceptions:
Tent camping available. Hiding a standard tent is REQUIRED using a 4-WALLED CANOPY, or a YURT, or a STAR-WARS STYLE TENT. If using a tarp, use black or gray ONLY.
RV and car camping is NOT allowed at our events.
The Cyberlab and Embassy have standard kitchens open for normal use. Dishware, cookware, glassware, and utensils are NOT provided.
The Dining Hall (Cantina) is Staff ONLY. Plates, utensils, and glasses are provided, but please feel free to use your own themed containers! Do NOT take camp-owned Dishware, cookware, glassware, and utensils outside of the Dining Hall.
Hot water, for drinks and instant meals, and cold drinking water available.
Kitchens are In-Game areas for role-play and Parlor Combat only, never full contact combat.
All bathrooms are Out-of-Game areas. Bathrooms are found throughout the campsite in bathroom/shower buildings, inside the Cantina and Cyberlab, and inside the Duplex and Bunkhouse.
Decorating your space is highly encouraged as those are In-Game spaces for combat and role-play.
DO NOT use push pins, nails, tacks, duct tape, packing tape, and anything that damages the cabin or peels paint.
You may use masking tape to affix something to the walls or around the door. Curtain rods are installed for use.
Outdoor fires are permitted only in designated areas, provided no burn restrictions are in effect. Fires may not be left unattended, and Parlor Combat rules apply. Firewood is NOT provided.
If you bring any electric appliances, they must be used in one of the kitchens.
Sorry, pets are NOT allowed at GALAXY AWAITS. If you have a service animal, we would require your service animal to be comfortable around LARPing, but you still must get permission from Galaxy Awaits Staff to bring your service animal.
