At the end of the Clone Wars, Chancellor Palpatine founded the Galactic Empire. Equipped with fleets of star destroyers and armies of Stormtroopers, the Empire has seized control of the galaxy and rules with a heavy hand from Coruscant. In-Game details about the Empire.
Establish the Empire, extinguish the Jedi, quell any rebellion.
If you choose to play a character that is a member of the Empire, make no mistake... you are the villian. As a villian, you can expect to be treated with mistrust and disdain by the other characters. You can expect other characters to be actively plotting your character's demise. Of course this is all In-Game and is nothing against you personally. Out-of-Game you will be treated with respect and kindness.
Even though the Empire is shown ending lives with no remorse in the movies, that does not work well in a LARP setting where players seek to experience role-play and intrigue. This does not mean that character death won't happen, but it should enrich the game and be amazing, never "because I'm the Empire". Character death should be the last resort after interrogations, imprisonment, and other creative methods.
