All attendees are required to be fully vaccinated at our events, no exceptions. Fully Vaccinated means you have received the initial first 2 doses of the vaccine and 1 booster dose, or initial J&J followed by a booster. If you are eligible for Booster 2, you must have Booster 2.

The original, physical vaccination card
Legible photo of the vaccination card
Login to your State or government website for your residence
For WA State residents, Digital COVID-19 Verification Record
For OR State residents, Voluntary COVID-19 Vaccine Record
For other States and Canada, please google the appropriate site
On the day before or day of the event, you must test negative on either an at-home testing kit or a medical PCR test. Though there will be a few donated tests available at Logistics for people unable to obtain one before the game, please try your utmost to test before coming to the event!
At-Home tests are available at a number of locations including CVS Pharmacy, Target, QFC, Amazon, etc.
Accepted forms of Negative Test Proof:
At-home Tests - a selfie photo of you, your at-home test result, and the date written on paper with you in the photo. Show Logistics at Check-in onsite at event. You can share this photo as a comment in the Facebook post, if you like.
PCR Test - a screenshot of your PCR test results (the lab should provide the website). Show Logistics at Check-in onsite at event.
With these precautions and considering we will be eating & sharing sleeping quarters with each other, we will not be requiring masks. Please feel free to wear one if you like.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN EXPOSED, TESTED POSITIVE, OR HAVE HAD SYMPTOMS (regardless of a negative test result) WITHIN 1 WEEK OF THE START OF GAME, please DO NOT attend! We are very sorry to miss you and look forward to game with you next time at our next event!
